Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- In original packaging with all included components
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened packages of fuses and batteries (due to potential tampering risks)
- Custom-cut wiring supplies (non-standard lengths cannot be resold)
- Electrical tools with removed safety seals
Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
