Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Please contact our customer service if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our professional electrical components with a commitment to quality. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Return Window

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original packaging with all included components
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened packages of fuses and batteries (due to potential tampering risks)
  • Custom-cut wiring supplies (non-standard lengths cannot be resold)
  • Electrical tools with removed safety seals

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email customer service at [email protected] with your request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Process

  • Refund Timing: Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original Shipping Costs: These are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of doorbells, chimes, load centers, or other electrical components:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged conduit, raceway fittings, or defective electrical tools:

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
